Rates - Cape Coral Family House

High Season

(Nov 1st to April 30th)

Low Season

(May 1st to Oct 31st)
$1475 per week for 2 adults & children under 7 $1300 per week for 2 adults & children under 7
$150 per week for each additional person age 7 & over $100/week for each additional person age 7 & over
A 20% surcharge will be added for 2 weeks at Christmas Holiday and Easter Holiday.
20% discount for rentals from the last week of August through last week of October.

Other Fees

  • $225 cleaning fee up to 6 persons
  • $350 cleaning fee from 6 up to 12 persons
  • $800 refundable security deposit
  • All rates are subject to tax - currently 11%*

Family House Rental Policies

The property will be held for clients on request once clients have notified the owners that they have sent their contract and $800 deposit. The deposit must be received within 7 business days. Full payment is due 45 days in advance of your arrival date or you will lose your confirmation. The deposit is refundable less a $200 charge if you cancel with 90 days notice in writing. It's half refundable up to 45 days notice. Not refundable with less then 45 days notice. Your deposit then can act as your security deposit and is refundable after your stay is completed and the house is checked for damages. Minimum stay is 7 days (exceptions can be made off season). Sorry, no smoking inside the house - please smoke outdoors. Check in is 4pm. Check out is before 11am. Please let us know your itinerary. Our property manager will call you after you arrive to set up a time to go over the property. We look very forward to having you stay in our new home!
