It's hard to express in words the many details that have lovingly gone into this home in order to create a place where your family can feel pampered and relaxed. The house is built around a Great Room concept. The Great Room is where you can share a meal or enjoy a show in the built in entertainment center. Around the Great Room are 2 Master Suites and 4 smaller bedrooms. So there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own room. And if you have kids, this means there's a better chance of kids sleeping in!

Some of the small details are art niches, plant shelves with indirect lighting, custom tile patterns, Corian® countertops, soaring ceilings, crown moldings, beautiful spans of glass and glass doors to enjoy the view, and so much more. And don't think that we stopped at what the eye can see. This home is also functional and luxurious as we created lots of details with your family's comfort in mind. You can enjoy ceiling fans in every living and bedroom to help keep you comfortable. Or maybe bathrooms are your "thing". Enjoy a relaxing soak in a beautiful Zen-like soaking tub that fits 3 people and holds 90 gallons of water. Or perhaps showers are more your speed. If so, you'll enjoy our double person "walk around" shower with double adjustable showerheads. Or perhaps you might enjoy a rain shower with 127 streams of water from an adjustable 3.5 inch shower head in the 2nd Master suite bathroom. Or maybe you just need to catch up on your sleep? Simply slip in between the incredible softness of the 400 thread count sateen sheets on any of our brand new king sized beds. Bolstered and surrounded with lots of pillows of course! Here is a list of some of the amenities:

  • House and all furnishings are new as of December 2002.
  • Approx. 2700 sq foot of space under air conditioning. Over 3300 total.
  • 4 bedrooms with King-size beds all with 400 thread count sheets so you can pamper yourself even while you are sleeping!
  • 2 small bedrooms with single beds and pull out trundle beds fitted with 300 thread count sheets. Each room sleeps two.
  • Fully appointed kitchen with utensils, cookware, etc for 12. Dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc.
  • Beautiful Corian countertops with a raised eat-in bar for 3.
  • Pocket sliding doors in the great room are engineered with no structural obstructions so that the two doors can be opened up and the lanai can become part of the living space. Lots of space for entertaining!
  • The pool's southern exposure provides the ideal amount of warm sun.
  • Large TV housed in a custom entertainment center with DVD, VCR and stereo.
  • Stunning Disappearing Edge Pool. The steps in the shallow end are wide enough for little ones to sit and splash around. The disappearing edge pool gives the optical illusion of the pool being filled by the canal and is flanked on the sides with beautiful planters and waterfalls with a spa that spills over into the pool. Pool and spa are electrically heated for your comfort. All doors that go out onto the pool are fitted with a bell alarm that sounds so you know if your little ones go outside without you.
  • Large lanai and patio area for entertaining. A large grill and patio furniture are included so you can make some wonderful memories enjoying Florida family cookouts.
  • All bedrooms are tastefully carpeted. The rest of the home is tiled.
  • The great room is outfitted with beautiful and comfortable old world type soft leather couches. So you can kick back and enjoy a quiet movie after a busy day at the beach.
  • Two cribs (one is set up in the huge Master Suite closet - the other, older crib is stored in the garage, can be assembled in the room of your choice).

  • Child size patio dining table and chairs that match the adult metal patio furniture. (seats 4 kids)

  • We are 17 minutes to the river by boat. You can rent a boat and they can deliver it right to our dock.
